  Welcome

Raised in the Northwest of WA where the red dirt and spinifex harden the landscapes but soften hearts, Sam Maddison – a Filipino born but Aussie raised singer/songwriter has been shaped by growing up in a small and isolated community.

Flash forward to 2021, now living in QLD with her three sons Sam has immersed herself in her childhood passions of music and is now a fully fledged full time solo performer.

Sam  has honed her craft by working tirelessly and is a  highly sought after performer on the Fraser Coast, regularly performing in Maryborough, Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, Gympie and beyond - easily working over 200 solo shows a year.

She has the  ability to capture the listener, whether it be in a small intimate crowd or a large audience, Sam fills the stage and engages you with her unique style of blended country folk, her self taught guitar prowess and her soaring vocals.

Winner of the Inaugural Battle of the Bands for the Airlie Beach Music Festival, and Winner of the Gympie Muster Talent search of 2015, Sam sings and writes songs that come from the heart. Her song ‘Frangipani Flowers’ won best Original Song at the Norfolk Island Country Music Festival in 2016.

Thanks to the Gympie Muster Sam's EP 'Lover Mother Child' has received nothing but positive feedback. In 2020 Sam released a lovingly crafted 12 track CD ‘Emery’s Crossing’. Produced by Rob McKay from Pacific International Music Studios in Hervey Bay, ‘Emery’s Crossing’ tells stories of love, heartache, longing and adventure.
